AcuLift
AcuLift Facial & Body Rejuvenation, Nosara, Costa Rica
A naturally refreshed appearance, without fillers or surgery: AcuLift combines acupuncture, gua sha, facial cupping, and LED red light therapy in one personalized session, supporting circulation, relaxation, and facial tension patterns.
Many people in Nosara already care about aging well through movement, diet, and time outdoors. AcuLift extends that same longevity-minded philosophy to the skin and facial muscles, using the body’s own processes rather than injectables or invasive procedures.
AcuLift combines acupuncture and facial techniques as part of a broader approach to healthy aging, without fillers or surgery. Many patients see it as one part of a broader wellness practice, alongside general acupuncture or an Ageless Health Program, rather than an isolated cosmetic treatment.
What happens during an AcuLift session
AcuLift combines facial and body acupuncture with gua sha, facial cupping, LED red light therapy, and hands-on facial massage, a full rejuvenation approach, not just needles alone. Body points are selected based on your individual assessment to support the patterns behind how your skin looks and feels, while the facial techniques work locally on circulation, tension, and tone. Most sessions run about 60 minutes.
Your session begins with a brief assessment of facial tension patterns and overall well-being, since facial appearance connects to sleep, stress, and circulation throughout the entire body.
AcuLift Session: $175 (~60 min)
Is AcuLift the same as facial fillers or a facelift?
No. AcuLift doesn’t inject or alter facial structure. It works with the body’s own circulation and natural processes to support a refreshed appearance over a series of sessions, rather than an immediate, invasive change. When visible changes occur, they tend to develop gradually over a series of sessions, rather than producing a sudden or overdone effect.
How often should I get AcuLift?
AcuLift is commonly offered as a series of sessions, followed by periodic maintenance depending on individual goals. Many patients start with a structured series of sessions (see our AcuLift: Ageless Beauty & Radiance program) and then move to periodic maintenance sessions, similar to how skincare or fitness routines work best when sustained over time rather than done once.
Can AcuLift be combined with other KuHeal services?
Yes. AcuLift already includes body acupuncture as part of the session, some patients also add cupping for muscular tension elsewhere in the body, or moxibustion for additional warmth and support. Your practitioner can recommend the best combination for your goals during your first assessment.
